Packing

When moving house one of the most tiresome and time consuming parts of the procedure is packing. Anything which can fit in a box should be put in a box and that includes china and fragiles. We offer a service whereby our fully trained and experienced staff can use thier skills and techniques to pack all your goods, fragiles as well, safely into boxes ready for the move.

We specialise in packing china, full dinner services and many other objets d'arts including large fragiles such as statues and glass fragiles such as chandeliers.

We offer a full packing service or a fragile-only packing service.

For international removals we also offer an overseas packing service for long-distance journeys

.

If you should want to do the packing yourself or if you simply want to buy packaging for reasons other than removals we have a large selection of packaging materials.

Packaging

We have a large selection of packaging materials some designed specifically for removals. Our materials include:

Small boxes - for books, china & fragiles
Large boxes - for various larger and lighter items such as clothes etc.
Bags - plastic bags for very light items such as duvets & pillows
Plain tape - wide tape for sealing boxes and bags

Our specialised materials include:

Perry tape - A patented tape designed for ease of labelling
Bubble wrap - For fragile items
Wardrobe cartons - For hanging clothes to travel still hanging
Sofa covers - A thick material cover size specific to ensure no damage
Matress covers - A strong plastic cover for all sizes
Specialist file crates - A strong, stackable plastic crate available for hire
